Baam rejected power from BT in ricepot. If he had accepted that power he would have able to use its full power like hell joe or zarhard. But he would have become a puppet for BT. Baam would gain power by himself and use them as weapon rather than beg power from them. That's why baam can not use full power of RT and BT yet as he is not strong enough to use it. Levi on the other hand baam can use its full power as it is already sealed and ready for use. Baam is top 100 Lvl strong bcoz soul + BT +Rt +levi + infinite shinsu loop+ Black orb.

His argument never make sense , we all know Baam dominated White until he got dumber , the same White who fought Kallavan , the same kallavan who basically destroyed AJ .

You see someone intelligent would be able to understand that Baam basically dominated White a top 100 , after that got a majority off white power and is now using the leviathan power .

Baam without levi is top 100 he proved with White .

Levi isn't really sealed anymore, bam's spell immunity broke it, we know this. The abyss is just a place, a pretty chill place with lots of people to talk to. I wouldnt call it a seal.

He already was stronger or equal to the level of a CC before getting 2 power ups (White + Levi), now a CC is no match for him.
