Nobody said Kallavan was top 100. Evan Edrok is top 100, Evankhell was once, but we don't know Kallavan. Imo, and that's simply my speculation, Kalla should be top 300 just like Lefav. Specially since he just had a breakthrough in power during his fight with Lyb and Isn't what he was when he fought Bam and White amymore.

I don't know where you guys get this that there are different definitions of DD.

Since SIU uses only one: the children of FH are DD. Of course, with the only exception being the Yeon family.

As I said, the only exception is the Yeon family, in which Ilarde's children are considered DD.

Technically, Ha Jinsung is also comparable to DD because half of his blood is from irregular. His grandfather is Ari Han while his grandmother is Ha Yurin.

When someone says x or y is top 300, top 100 or whatever it's in terms of strength levels.

It's obvious that not everyone is categorically classified with such a classification, because the tower has been with the classifications stopped for centuries, several rankers are inactive and so on.
