I'm forever grateful for Mashima making female characters upset people in this fandom. I thought it was only Erza but it's Wendy and Mira too who keep upsetting people here. Imagine that, getting bothered about Mirajane who gets terrible treatment, all because Gray can't beat her lol!

I've never seen people bend over backwards to twist reality and gaslight others to such an extent as I'm seeing here with the claims that Gray is stronger and would win after what we saw in 100 years quest. This crap has been done to death since 2020 and it's amazing every time I see it.

Newsflash: If someone in their weakest form ties with someone who beat you at your strongest and then had you struggling while heavily injured, then they're stronger and would win in a hypothetical fight. NOT. THAT. HARD.

And at the risk of being that guy (since people want to bring it up), Mira's weakest form being significantly stronger than DeS Gray, ISDM Gajeel and even LFD Natsu, without POF, actually makes it possible that at her best makes her close to Erza, given the massive canon gap among her forms eg. her 2 weakest -BSS & Halphas where Halphas low diffed BSS/ Sitri being to BSS what Armadura was to Erza's standard armors in terms of the gap.

Moments later, she said that she said that she was unsure of which side would've won if they had continued fighting.

These statements prove that she did her best to defeat Skullion but that it wasn't enough to take him down.

Sure, Mirajane once said that she holds back in front of others but that was back in GMG, and that didn't prevented her to use Sitri, her strongest Satan Soul at the time, in front of Lisanna, during her confrontation with Seilah. So what would she not use her stronger froms in front of Elfman, who's much stronger than Lisanna, of she did the same with the latter years ago?

Also, about Gray and Mirajane's fight:

There's no proof that Mirajane only used her BSS. The fight was entirely off-paneled and there was no statement about Mirajane having stayed in her weakest form.

I assumed you were denying the fact that fight was a stalemate from the first part.

It’s evident Mirajane is my favourite character, just as it’s evident Lucy is yours but I don’t let bias get in the way and pretend she’s gonna win a fight she’s not.

I’m not sure if you’ve got it in your head that I said that she’d solo them or whatever but my point is that the fight was a stalemate, meaning both sides couldn’t defeat each other in the fight.

She was in her Human Form at the beginning of her fight with Seilah. And she was in the same form at the end. She did use BSS and Sitri between these two moments.

We have no reason to believe that Skullion used Black Ash against Mira and Elfman, because they are still here at the end of their fight. Madmole's mere presence should have prevented him from using it as he was fighting near him.

He also likely didn't used Corpse Dragon's Absolute Ash, otherwise Draseel would have been gone.

There's also the fact that Mira fought Skullion in pure CQC while Gray did not. They countering each other's magic.
