Seems very logical to me. Baam did not use thorn against Ren, he only use Ren as practice target. Rak receive power from Prime White. If Rak received a third of Prime White' power, it's enough to put him at High Ranker level, maybe division commander level.

It's not logical at all. Baam's the Irregular. He's the one who is supposed to be that special. Allowing others into his territory cheapens everything and is bad writing.
