Yes, she is an ID, but she doesn't necessarily have to be BH's daughter.

She was stuck on the NHS because her immediate family was blindsided by the money she sent.

It doesn't make sense if her father was one of the leaders of a family's military force and being a top 200/300.

She must be the daughter of some random offshoot that is naturally weaker.
