Well, for this match he was. His bet with AA was that they must not interfere with the plans to capture the traitor and AA accepted.

Baam fighting the Branch Heads is interfering, and so they automatically forfeit the bet if it comes to that.

Traumerei has definitely won this bet, regardless of whether Baam escapes or not.

Isnt the bet is for Kuhn to gave up interfering and just follow the whims of Traum regarding the matter (of which Traum further adds by saying 'enjoys the look on your friend face when i take them' - paraphrase.

I believe Baam can do whatever he want regardless of whether Kuhn win or lose the match (it doesnt make sense that Kuhn can make a bet that forced bahm to just put up his hand and surrender.. i mean, Baam?)

Hopefull we will get to see more of Baams power in the following ordeal. Yuri (and Tiara) for sure will help (or try to) against BH (hopefully Baam can stand his ground against them, but knowing Yuri she will want to interfere...)

Eh, AA made a bet on behalf of Baam. It follows that the agreement is also binding on Baam.

Baam can violate the agreement if he wants.

But as is, they lost the bet they made. And if they violate their agreement, maybe that would cause Traumerei to intervene personally.

Baam fighting against Branch heads would not be considered resisting because he is Baam and spells or w/e binding contracts won't work on him because of his plot armor. Also if you defeat someone in one shot does that actually count as "resisting?"
