There are only two outcomes I can think of that will happen. The first is Traum greatly underestimating Baam(seems likely at this point) and the second is....we all have greatly overestimated SIU's ability as a storyteller.

I can appreciate people liking a chapter, but I don't think the complaints are unfounded. Rei's gamble, to me at least, is still as unnecessary as ever as he doesn't need to keep considering offers or modifying any agreement to achieve his goal. He could lord over others, or allow them to plot, or whatever without ever humoring AA (still getting his rocks off at their hopes and dreams being dashed). To me, that seems more of a needed explanation to make the clunky plot fit than a good, natural one.

Rei only looks good in this if things go his way - if the gamble(s - plural, now compounded) pays off. If/when it goes sideways, as with at the Nest, he won't be looking so slick. I don't watch what people say as much as what they do. Yes, he bragged on supposedly knowing everything, but he hasn't shown any actions to mitigate anything that could blow up in his face. So WHEN things start to backfire, he looks extra stupid because he knew better and still didn't make sure things went his way. It's actually a WORSE look than if he were completely unaware. At least if he were disinterested you could say he failed but he really didn't care. This way shows he DOES care about outcomes, but is being negligent as he just assumes it will go his way. I highly doubt that will be the case.

I am particularly lenient today because honestly the situation was spiraling so much since the Nest proposal that just wrapping up the arc in a semi plausible way feels okay. The tournament never really made sense, at least here I can sorta see a FH with his strengths and weaknesses doing things his own way. But yeah, i wouldn't say i jumped out of my seat while reading it, the rampant plot armor is still present everywhere, I am sure no one was shocked to see Matte or even thought for a second that there was a 1% chance of Khun ending up in the aquarium.

I always had hoped for Khun getting the chance to marry Baam. I mean he is already his wife. just put him in a dress(it's 2023 you never know) and poof.

I think it is the Snake that is the spy, though not on purpose. it could also be that Rei is just an effing FH and that everything that happens on his Mother Ship he can see. also it could be the hotel and he can just be like a super voyeur with all sorts of observers everywhere

Dravi talked about these things while Shilial was there to hear them. As for Lilial, her sister has a habit of eavesdropping on her anyway. We've seen it twice now (on Lilial's ship as she was getting out of the shower and more recently when she was having her breakdown after learning about Mudflat Snake).

It just tracks with the observations Shilial keeps making about Baam and his potential 'usefulness' that she still wants to become his bride (whether he likes it or not) and is working with Traumerei to get into that position.

From what we have seen of Lilial, she was in the dark regarding most of this. One thing to note is that Shilial also conveniently came with a Lighthouse even though she is most likely not a Light Bearer. Since she is a Princess and a Lo Po Bia, she is defintely a Fisherman + she is an Anima as well.

Lilial has plans for the future, and I think she probably has feelings for one of her teammates.

Highly doubt this. Not every Princess is Androssi. Some of them are, I'm sure, just fine with becoming the apex predators of the Tower in exchange for (among other things) foregoing romance.

I am starting to suspect this because of what she asked Androssi + what Traumerei said about people finding love among each others. It could be that he knows that Lilial likes one of her teammates and is pushing her as the main candidate for marriage for fun.
