IMHO Vegapunk will end his message by revealing the name of the Ancient Kingdom, and Emeth will go BOOM and send the remaining Gorosei KO for a while.

an effective sacrifice would be emeth's self descruction mecanism, i don't think any of the satellites would cauce enough damage to gorosei to be called an effective sacrifice, but only "yet anaother nice character thrown away"...

Yeah I think so too. Not a manual labor slave but she will be working for them nonetheless.

I mean... slave collar or not, she still has the leverage of being the only Vegapunk willing to work for them. If they don't give her what she wants, they don't get what they want. She might become the only Celestial Dragon to wear a slave collar and just not give a shit as long as she gets all the superficial perks of the highest class of wealth and luxury.

If it were as simple as finding the blueprints there's no reason the Gorosei couldn't have just invaded his lab and utterly raided it. For whatever reason, they *need* at least A Vegapunk to be willingly working for them.

Idk, everyone said this about York to begin with, and then the reveal happened. Weird to hear it again all this time later.

I agree that it would make sense for York to be a slave captive of Saturn at Marigeoise. It would be an interesting plot development for her to regret her choices and for the SH alliance to meet her again there during the final war against Tenryubitos.
