The issue with that translation is it leaves out what's in parentheses, which is crucial to the meaning.

As far as I can tell, Togashi's saying: "Everything has been successfully organized (disorganized) back to how it was."

It seems someone (a cleaning company?) came in to clean, moved things around, and Togashi didn't know where things were, so he had to "disorganize" them back to how they were.

This YYH volume comment from over 30 years ago basically sums things up. : P

He said 391-430 were written back in 2018. Some have taken that to mean storyboarded, but since he didn't use the term, best to assume he meant just written.

But yeah, I expect him to stop after drafting 420. Probably better to prioritize working with the assistants to get 405-420 complete and then doing more storyboards.
