As long as you keep it civil, go wild here.

Feel free to use doubles players or "Come on, Ryoga is clearly the final boss" or "Medanore scales with Volk" as arguments. As long as it's reasonable, it's fine.

For the moment, I'm sharing the list from the other thread as a base, but please include other players that did not fit the other criteria.

RANKING COUNTRIES BY THEIR BEST 7 MAN LINEUP (4 HSERS AND 3 MSERS)

1. Spain - Medanore, Ryoga, Romeo, Mares, Seda, Julio, Silva

2. Japan - Byoudouin, Tokugawa, Oni, Tanegashima, Ryoma, Kintarou, Atobe

3. Germany - Volk, QP, Bismarck, Dankmar, Bertie, Tezuka, Siegfried

4. Switzerland - Amadeus, Tatsuta, Peter, Albert, Henry, 2 quality Msers

5. France - Camus, Tristan, Timothe, Edgar, Ludovic, Osval, Jonathan

6. USA - Ralph, Kiko, Dodo, Alan, 3 Relative weaker Msers

PS: The reason why USA Msers are weak is because the rules of WC is disavantageous for them. In any other country Kiko (and Ryoga when he was in USA) will be a Mser. But in USA, he is considered Hser. Even though he is same age as Tezuka and Atobe and the likes.

7. Greece - Zeus, Hades, Vulcan, Hermes, Weak Msers (Execution brothers and apollon)

8. Australia - Noah, JJ, Crawford, Jean, then weaklings.

Execution brothers ain't that weak. Tohno is G10 level and they do reasonably well toward him with pre semi-final Kirihara as well, losing 4-6.

But it was all part of Tohno's plan. Also he was playing 1v2, so they performed... Probably worse than Marui/Kite who won 2 games in a row against a serious Tohno and 60% Kimijima (and maybe would had been more if not for Marui's injury). Zeus expected them to lose even if Japan is a low rank team.

But while it's part of Tohno plan, I highly doubt Kirihara can beat those two 1v2 because Tohno pretty much goes out of the game by the other people tech?

Although I guess it's impossible to do a 1 shot knock out against any characters other than Tohno I supposed. And Kirihara pretty much do a 1v1 because both side got 1 player knock out.

If we will rank all Spain and Germany players. I will go something like

1. Ryoga (Spain)
2. Medanore (Spain)
3. Volk (Germany)
4. QP (Germany)
5. Mares (Spain)
6. Bismarck (Germany)
7. Tezuka (Germany)
8. Romeo (Spain)
9. Sedah (Spain)
10. Siegfried (Germany)

2 and 3 are interchangeable.

7 and 8 too. Depending on how they adapt to each other's ability.

Not worth mentioning Bertie/Dankmar, and Julio/Silva. They are good in doubles. But relatively weaker in Singles.

Honestly we don't know that. We do know Ryoma and Fuji both doesn't stand a chance against Tezuka according to the coach and Ryoma is G5 level without a doubt. Kintarou PoP is on par with Oni who probably can beat Romeo. And that Kintarou also doesn't stand a chance against Tezuka.

Hot Take:

Kintarou will be the 3rd strongest Mser in the Tourney after Ryoga and Ryoma. (End of WC)

As much as I like Fuji (even back in POT),
We all know he wont play against Medanore imo.

This S1 will be all about Medanore VS Tokugawa including the flashbacks on how Toku managed to scar Medanore.

And yes, I think Tokugawa will evolve his Ashura and give a great Fight.

BUT, Medanore will win at the end with a huge hax powerup combining 2 Medanores.

This is my guess:

Both Medanore has different playstles. Both of them has their own avatar.

Once they mixed or fused, the Fused Medanore can now use Two Kijins.

And The Plot twist is that their Kijijs can howling with each other.

I think Medanore can replicate Volk's ability to Howling Alone.
--- Double Post Merged, , Original Post Date: ---

This is also feasible.

I think everyone is expecting the Two Medanores to fuse.

It is not allowed to play Two Physical Different People in Singles.

NOPE,

Kikumaru's fast movement clone, and Kintarou's Multi Clones are different cases.

The Medanores are really Two Different People with Different fingerprints.
If we will rank all Spain and Germany players. I will go something like

1. Ryoga (Spain)
2. Medanore (Spain)
3. Volk (Germany)

I think Tezuka is likely stronger than Bismarck. Also I think ATM Medanore is better than Ryoga. And until further notice, I think Volk still clears

There are various facts in order to considered Tezuka being better than Michael.
We know:
Bismarck > Tane
Romeo > Seda
Kintarou > Seda
Romeo choose to fight vs Bismarck
Kintarou counters Tane's invisible ability which no one did. So Kin > Tane? I don't think so...
In Npot we've seen this a lot where some characters (based on their styles) were able to counters others.
This mechanism is more like Luffy vs Enel situation.
Kin has a wild personality, it is true he counters Tane but does not mean he is better than him, there are other facts.
For Luffy vs Enel this was about every thing but Kin vs Tane is just about the invisibility.

So I lm using this as some kind of factors that goes for all players.
If we go blindly so this is the outcome:
Kin > Tane and Seda
Bismarck > Tane
Romeo =< Bismarck
Atobe > Romeo
Tezuka > Atobe
Atobe = Bismarck?
Atobe => Kin?
Tezuka > Bismarck
Kintarou suppose to be Ryoma's rival, I don't think he is below Atobe.
I didn't seen any HSers has difficulty to returning TNK except Dorggy (he did later) and he is not one of those tops.
...
My guess is G5 still got superiority over Top Msers. But they are not invicible.
Luffy vs Kaido he overpowered him by his Strong fits but in case of durability or many other things he was in lower level .
This is the mechanism that leads Ryoma so far.
He always start we low but during his matches he unlocked something that gives him superiority and yet it has some limits and if he couldn't make his way during that particular time he can't win.
And If they start a match from beginning (like tomorrow) there is no guarantee that he can win again.
That's the rule.
Even with all those comments about players, I think it's rather difficult to say which one is better, especially those who never played before.
...

Since I typed those, wanna add this too:
Friend of mine told me after this match (Meda vs Toku) Tokugawa will becoming #1 of Japan.
And you can guess what was my reaction.
I said to him: not in this world while Boss is around. Now:
It came to me: Luffy vs Kado example again :
I don't Tokugawa can beats Monster Volk.
He has potential but as Monster mentioned he's lack of physical strength.
I think he can counters all of his shots and etc
But even with all Asura and Spirit and etc his body can't react anymore.
He probably can fight toe to toe vs Medanore until the last point but Volk is different player.
He has hight IQ tennis, full of knowledge, Strongest base among all. And fast to counter any new techs. (It won't take him a whole set, but just a few games or less)

Tokugawa will reach to that level.

I disagree. Rookie Doubles Kintarou+Ohmagari stomp Tanegashima+Shiraishi hard, and we know Shiraishi put up an extremely good fight against French top HS.

Then that Rookie Doubles Kintarou+Ohmagari got absolutely stomp by Rainbow! Seda. Let's put Rainbow! Seda really low and say he's the same rank as Tanegashima at that point, even if Tanegashima cannot stomp PoP Kintarou the same way Seda does. Then Kintarou get PoPv2 upgrade that manage to stomp that Seda. He then get shut down by White Flame! Mares, and simply changing his racquet put him on par with that yet again. Ohmagari doesn't get an upgrade throughout the match so he's the same constant. I find it hard to put PoPv2+New racquet Kintarou on the same level as Tanegashima after that match.

In that case:
What do you think of current ranking?
Those who only played?
For ex:
Kin, Atobe, Romeo, Seda, Mares, Zeus, Tane, Bismarck, Oni, Duke, Tokugawa, Tezuka, Yukimura, Irie.
...
Then: Ralph, Cameo, Amadeus, Q.P
Boss, Volk

Kintarou couldn't touch the first 2 Void techniques. Ohmagari needed to do it with specific counters and was just immune to the 3rd with no reason given. So I don't think it's at all fair to put Kintarou > Tanegashima. At least not until TnK2 and New Racquet. We also have no bases for how much of a buff that gave Kintarou since White Flame is undescribed as a power up and Rainbow Aura's effect isn't quantifiable since it just manipulates reality by applying a 99% chance this ball will just win i guess function.
Kin is most likely equal to Tane or Oni with power-up, but who knows. Then you have to factor in if he can even reach TnK2 consistently

Kintarou/Mares are probably in the same stratosphere as Ralph and Amadeus.

I don't think it is impossible for a Top Mser to be stronger than Top Hser

Ryoga is a Mser, and he is significantly stronger than like 99% of top hsers. And Ryoma will too once he beat Ryoga.

Unless, you are excluding them because of Nanjiroh's "Echizen" genes.

From Atobe's future sight,

We saw the future where we see Hser Versions of Atobe, Yukimura, Fuji, Shiraishi, Sanada, Kite, etc

While Ryoma and Kintarou are the only Msers in the team.

I think they will surpassed this version of G10 significantly by then.

How does Kin sucking at doubles mean he can't return either Void ball?

How does Kin sucking at doubles mean he can't return either Void ball?
Because

Ohmagari tells Kin not to be stupid, and that doubles is better than singles because you need faster decision making. If he doesn’t catch up, he’ll be left behind. This time, Kintarou accepts the remarks and happily takes the win.
Remember that Kintarou is so shitty in doubles even Yanagi can pressure and beat him. Yanagi is nowhere near #2 of Japan. Or are you saying Yanagi>Kintarou because of how he did in doubles?

Ryoma when he play doubles almost lost to trash tier player even with Momoshiro in the original PoT. They are not anywhere nearly as strong as they are now, but there's no way the doubles players that play Ryoma wouldn't lose to him 6-0 even back then.

There is simply a clear drop in Kintarou capability when he plays doubles as proven when he lose to Yanagi.

It's not just Kintarou either. Many people here think Yukimura is better than Ohmagari. But Ohmagari simply stomp Yukimura and Yanagi combined even with Kintarou holding him back because it is doubles.

Idk why some players are strong in singles but weak in doubles like Ryoma. Or Vice versa like Oishi and Kikumaru who are strong in doubles but relatively weak in singles.

Meanwhile,

Players like Duke, Bismarck and Tanegashima are good in both.

Well to put it into some kind of reality.
I would consider Tane like Andy Murray and Ohmigari more like Nishikori.
And ofc Top Hsers are like Novak, Rafa, Roger.(practically unrivaled under the heaven)
Tane has enough tools to challenge Boss, and Ohmagari to Tane yet both of em ended up losing though.

About that:
Sometimes is about their personality, the interesting thing is Duke can even surpasses Ohmagari on that regard however even with howling can't dealt with Top Doubles!
...
In your opinion who are Top Doubles?

Top
