I don't remember anything regarding the powerscaling that has been retconned. The only thing that comes to my mind is UM being axix but there were hints like SIU said Jahad couldn't beat the guardian but never said the same thing about UM. Also UM chasing phanta who was an axix didn't made sense. As for Adori being Arie there was also hint how she could use AS.

Conventionally there's no way for a regular to even visit the floor of death. The only way to access it is via the hell train when it stops there.

It's stated Urek didn't undergo Revolution and also quickly smashed the Hidden Floor and left it after also smashing the mirror.

So he was indeed in the FOD.

FoD hasn't been on the route since Enryu killed the Admin. Only way to go there is to go on the Hell Train and jump off. Most regulars go to the 44th floor via the middle floors.

We know Urek was on the train but he could easily have not bothered to go to FoD.
