#6. Any tweet, specially japanese, about news, update or some interesting thing about the magazine or series has to come with a text of what that tweet means and also be on topic, if not it's going to be either deleted or i will edit the post.
#7. Refrain from self advertising or advertising Youtubers videos in the comments.
#8. Constant fanart posts just for the sake of praising a favorite series is prohibited, this rule doesn't apply for official art by Jump artists posted on social media, they're fine to post.
#9. Don't discuss or hype chapter spoilers before Sunday release, only comment if is related to a series surviving status and do it only inside the spoiler tag.
#10. Regarding rule #9, an exception will be made for when we have new series, in this case, spoilers will be allowed only for the first 3 chapters of a new series for the users who are interested in knowing informations and details about the new series, these spoilers will obviously be kept under tags to protect anyone that doesn't want to be spoiled, so don't worry about it.

Just noticed that Nue's Exorcist volume 16 will be the first volume of the series to have more than 192 pages, in this case 200 pages! It will be 8 extra pages of content, obviously not enough for a extra 10th chapter so it's something else, fingers crossed is something to do with a possible announcement!

In my opinion, right now i feel like Roku's House of Oddities is the most "interesting" series running on WSJ, not gonna say the best but the most interesting, i don't know if it will sell like a hit but for me it does feels like a hit new series, Nakamura did exactly what i so much say when a promising newbie end up flopping, that is "He just need to find the right story & characters and you have a hit in hands" and Roku is pretty much this, Nakamura picked all the positive points from Agravity Boys, got rid of the negatives, toned down the weirdness of the humor & characters to the perfect balance, added 2 girls to the mix, 1 sexy & 1 cute, to not make it another sausage fest and now he has a success in his hands! The series is really good right now!

Meanwhile i think Under Doctor is the most unique, i don't mind the action arcs/chapters but it's undeniable the series is at its absolute best when it focus in the medical stuff and also easily becomes the most unique of the bunch, it's been focused on medical stuff for the last 9 chapters and its doing a pretty good job in my opinion, the online comments are also pretty positive over these chapters so it's why i do have confidence in the series to keep going because in terms of quality the series is definitely going up.

I don't have a exact opinion in the current batch but i do feel like Animal Signal has a space in the magazine even if not exactly the most exciting series, specially considering it has romcom elements, i hope if it continues the authors start to spice it up, in both senses, story & fanservice because it has the potential to become something more exciting. Hal Formula i say more or less the same thing that i said about, it's not exactly the most exciting series but is very solid, i can't feelTerasaka passion and it definitely has a spot in the magazine since Jump is in a desperate need of sport, it only needs the time. And i also think Cannon Master has a spot in the magazine, i wasn't much sure for a while but i'm starting to think the series has a good potential, it's really competent with the art and action scenes, Machida is impressive for someone with no serialization experience and i think Jump needs a new talent with this level of art and action competence, and the story isn't bed either, but who knows what's going to happen, at least the 1st ranking was the same as the rest so we can't say is dead or anything.

I think cannon master is done tbh. I think it’s a classic case of Jump seeing the potential of Machida not being achieved by middling reception for Cannon Master. Basically, I think with a serialization under his belt, they’ll tell him to go back to the drawing board but he will have a far easier time getting serialized next time.

HAL formula is a bit harder to say. Jump needs a sports series but I don’t know if that’ll outweigh the lack of explosive reception. I think they axe it.

Animal signal will be interesting and I think sales will give us an idea but it’s definitely in the strongest position. It started improving its ToC, but two vets not getting a color page right away is very odd.

I don’t think we see new series announcements until at least 1-2 weeks post break. My guess is we start seeing Kinato, DttF, and Sakamoto end near when HxH finishes its run (four chapters left I believe). Kinato and DttF seem they can easily end under that time frame. I think Suzuki can easily end SD in 4-5 chapters. X beats the order next chapter; the chapter after shin fights him. The chapter after Sakamoto recovers. The chapter after that shin and Sakamoto win. Then one epilogue chapter.

They took 6 chapters (once it started ranking) to give both Roku & Class 2B a color page, It's likely going to be the same with Animal Signal and potentially Hal Formula (and Cannon Master)

Not sure why this forum is such a hater. Nishi's engaging writing quality and paneling is objectively one of the best which very few can replicate. Ichi is genuinely one of the best WSJ series running rn

It is not hating. It is just having an opposing opinion on what is being written.

Why do you think Ichi is higher on the tier than Kagurabachi? Shouldn't Chihiro be the second in command?

I could see Chihiro's placement falling due to the author's health issues. He did just come off a month long break due to health reasons.

What about it? It doesn't exist yet. Once it does, maybe his placement moves up the board, but until then with the author's health and it being gone for a month prior to the group cover, it makes all the sense in the world to me where it is placed.

Project Vinland was kinda like that from 2024 to 2025 before mostly stopping

I thought it is very obvious that Fujimine is not human but most likely the Toxiterror Majik itself wearing the human suit.

Similar to that prophecy Majik. The difference is that the real Fujimine is most likely long dead or suppressed

The way everyone remembered Toxiterror as their best friend is creepily similar to how "Fujimine" brainwashed everyone. The foreshadowing is so obvious

I really wanted to counter this, mainly because I could see the world hater accepting a witch if she really did hate other witches/humans, but your argument is very sound. Especially because, we have a third example of "magiks being able to take over witches", in the form of ichi. Ichi had a strong enough will to fight back against uroro, but this clearly is something that can happen. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the plan of that one magik trapped in descaras's magic circle either, fujimine could easily be our introduction to this sort of threat. Plus, the narrative twist of fujimine being a hero, who attempted to save her friends, would just be great. And it would probably tie into her comment to Ichi, as she's currently pretending to be human. All this to say, you've won me over, I think I'd be bummed if this isn't what Nishi has planned.

Just sucks that magazine readers didn't support it and worse that not even Saito did anything for it, surviving & selling nearly 9k copies with its first volume and never getting a color page is criminal.
