Adding a little pepper into the discussion... we've seen so far just one of Madara's eyes... just the same side as the one eye that is missing on Danzo's face. It's not possible for them to be:
1) The same person?
2) the so called Uchiha brothers...

About the power needed to be jounin, there is no doubt: he faced Oro one on one... beat the crap out that paper pigeon's guy.... When it comes to raw power, Naruto is the best in konoha... With all the trainning he has been through, he'll control kyubi's chakra...
