Judging by Noitora's reaction I don't think even he knew Nell before. It seems that he had heard of Nell but not met her. Ch289 p13 - Noitora, "You. You're Nell?" on p14 he goes on to say "Look how pathetic you've become!" This tells me that Nell had one hell of a reputation before, enough...
