I think Luffy will leave pretty soon for with Pekomes to rescue Sanji (either alone or maybe with Robin and Franky, because I can't see any of the others leaving zou when Jack attacks). Zoro will handle Jack and we will hopefully finally see the extend of his strength after the timeskip. Mabye...

Law is it probably not because everything he cuts of with his power can be reattached unless he cut it only with his sword but rather unlikely. and the new Shichibukai is one of the escapee's from level 6

mmh Kid was introduced as someone who was more ruthless than Luffy and the higher bounty was a result of him and his crew causing huge numbers of civilian casualties in the course of their activities so he was more dangerous in the eyes of the WG and Marine and therefor the 315 millionen Bounty...

I think most of the bounties change when something gets broad attention in the public which is the case after Dressrosa it's public and it's damaging for the Marine and the WG. Same as the Enies Lobby incident where everyone got a bounty or raise. I think Luffys 300 Million was well deserved...
