My thought on madara using susanoo without sharingan: We knew that black zetsu controlled obito....We knew that madara has connection with zetsu-obito at chapter 657, when black zetsu said "at least in the end I'll make use of him (obito)", maybe obito's rinnegan somehow connected with madara...
