I'm not to worried about Class B or any other characters. When the time comes they'll have the chance to shine but Horikoshi can't develop every character in the manga. A lot of mangakas haven't done that so it's not that surprising that a lot of characters outside of Class A aren't getting more...

Maybe the drug powered up his physical ability as well as his quirk. Considering how many blades there were it's a possibility his physical body had to be powered up to handle that many blades.

True for instance if him or todoroki go up against each other I think would be close. Only way I can think of how they can beat him is if they analyze his flaw. Almost every quirk has one so let's say inasa's has one. It could effect his CQC or the amount he can put out or something else.

The way things are looking now... Bakugou doesn't stand a chance against shindou and todoroki doesn't stand a chance against inasa. Love how jirou got that power up. EDIT: Could be wrong about shindou but they definitely can't beat inasa.
