The spoilers so far says Naruto emerged out of the "sphere" in Sage Mode. The only sphere I'm thinking of is the one Pain created. Assuming that Minato reverted the "8.5 tails" transformation, Naruto would have had time to sit inside of that sphere...

No, no..I know that part. I just don't know why Naruto is bleeding from the stomach. Is the Kyuubi literally being released from Naruto's stomach or is it just symbolic due to the fact all of this is happening in Naruto's mind?
