Still the best angle Sakura could decide to attack from. It all depends on distance and speed. That 1 degree increases its radius with distance and if the 2 people are moving fast towards each other it reduces the chances for a reaction. Especially when thats not where you are focusing.

Plus since Kagyua was looking downwards towards Naruto/Sasuke that put Sakura on Buakaguns blind spot coming from above.

Dojutsus are probably out of the picture for kakashi but now without the sharingan consuming chakra he will have better chakra management so his offensive might be stronger. Still...i dont see how he can cause any damage when susanno cant.

Actually i would prefer another team up. Team 1: Naruto and Madara Team 2: Sasuke and Hashirama Team 1 will have a pretty rich dialogue due to their previous fights and Team 2 will be nice since they have cooperated previously when Hashirama gave Sasuke "the gift" :P

When you have an enemy that her main advantage is visual range and she is heavily dependent on that for defence, overwhelming that sence is a valid strategy to create an opening by any means.
