But, it just for a part body that contact with haki.. example, when ya touch luffy's hand with haki, he's hand is neutral, but another part of his body still a rubber.. It can be explain why luffy feel sick when he hitted...

agree with dice, paramecia user have many kinds type.. Luffy's power always active although he's on not aware condition, different like Jozu and mr. 1 that can control their power..

imo, i think the most powerfull attack is the final getsuga tenshou.. It can make anything became from zero, such as aizen that losing his power after attacked by ichigo with FGT...
