Definitely did not see the fight between Jinsung and Kallavan ending like this. Doubt either of them are dead though. So will Maschenny massacre the entire division? The division commander and the rest should have seen all of this, and it looked like Maschenny's attack pierced Kallavan as well.

Like people said above, Baam only has an administrator like power inside of him And lol at that, that's like saying Rachel is > Jinsung, Evankhell and Kallavan just because he is irregular.

Baam is probably just barely in a ranker league Karaka for example could probably defeat kill him with using only 1%-5% of his powers, there's an extremely large gap between regulars and stronger rankers. He can probably fight against some of the weakest rankers in the verse and win, but...

We know that there are some people inside the tower that are 5000+ years old even without the immortality contract, so its very well possible that Arlene could survive that long outside of tower without becoming old. And Rachel supposedly met her, so she's very likely alive.

There are 7 slayers, possibly 8 now with White's revival, we know Karaka, Yama, Imort and Luslec, so that leaves 3 other that haven't been named yet. White did mention that he was the 10th "commander", so I suppose 2 of the past slayers were killed or had their status as slayers removed just...
