i think oro win the battle and take over sasuke's body and controls it for now but at the end sasuke will be awakened by naruto and oro would forced to fight both naruto and sasuke at the same time and will be defeated.
but for now oro is the owner of the body.

i think the second should be water, because if you read the chapter 309 - 13 the last hand seal that sasuke have was tiger seal that is sued to perform a fire jutsu and also we know that naruto have to face the itachi sooner or later(remember itachi's black fire jutsu?)...

You are right, Chakra knives just suck and hold the Holders chakra and by using that shika was able to trap the shadow with that knives.

I think so,too. Itachi is the strongest among Akatsuki , i think the reason that they obey the AL is that he is only one knows the sealing Jutsu that can seal the Bijuu.
