We don't know how they age. And age doesn't mean they are weak. Sarutobi was super strong at his age. Having one of his sons or something along those lines would be okay but having enma would mean he is in his grandpas league.

Yeah but with Naruto around they would easily get defeated and to make a new villain that breaks limits that are all ready being broken way way beyond limits just wouldn't make sense.

Re: Edo Tensei's drawback I think we could. Orochimaru was to smart when it came to dying. I'm pretty sure his own cells will have the possibility of bringing him back. He might completely come back or kind of like sasuke where he tries to come out but doesn't completely do it.

Re: The new puppet master? Yeah Sasori was the true puppet master. His skills were unrivaled. If he hadn't been obsessed with becoming a true puppet I think he would have been stronger.
