Barragan wins as per the rules.... Driscoll may probably win if he has Chojiro's bankai as barragan can't age lightning.

Shinji in shikai could fight on par with Aizen, he takes this definitely if he uses his mask. He is the leader of the Vizards so should be able to beat Hachi. Rangiku is fodder. Byakuya could be some trouble, but if Ichigo in the SS arc could beat him then Shinji surely can.

I'm going with Kensei. He's supposed to be on par with Love and Rose, who are a stronger than either Kenpachi or Byakuya in their shikai itself. We can guess how strong bankai+mask would make him. If Kenny and Byakuya can beat Yammy, I see no reason why Kensei in Bankai can't. Aaroniero...
