I did. Didn't remember that he himself said that he was a HR. In terms of power it was never doubted whether he was in the same league as a HR, but i did doubted whether or not he was in first place a ranker, as someone who reached all the way up to the 134 floor and was properly given the title...

I don't remember he being ever called a High Ranker, that's why i never thought of him like that. Also, Regulars are supposed to be picked by Headon, maybe he is being read as one of the four and thus as a Regular, but this new entity should even be registered as a Regular.
