Well, the manga clearly shows a giant Sharingan in the middle of the illusion that Sai has.

So I think it's safe to assume that it's Sasuke's Sharingan doing that. Unless of course it's some type of strong "intent to kill", as UzumakiRoman...
Wow all these colored Yondaimes look absolutely amazing...I've tried my luck on coloring, but I never had a knack for it...
So I just stick to regular signature-making ^_^''
