I would reccomend irc-distro for hq raws. #irc-distro on irchighway, and theres always lq share raws from numerous websites (for example rawpiece.com). But if your looking for raws to practice cleaning definitely use hq raws.

and muda! Did anyone else think that ch 12 completely failed at comedy... but still I really hope its ranking improves...

We definitely haven't dropped it and if we can find a reliable translator then we'll hopefully be able to catch up to the releases quick (The cleaning is very easy so it won't be too hard)

I heard from fin that the rumor is the mangaka was late in turning in his manuscript, I pray that's what happened. But anyway we'll find out next week.

That doesn't make sense because the quality of the series definitely has not dropped.

To be honest I don't trust the TOC at all. Theres absolutely no way that ST&RS is doing bad. It just got a color page last week so this rank makes no sense. I already had my doubts that TOC=rank, but this completely reinforced it.
