in this chapter, it's also confirmed that Lucifero was holding back his state in 50%, Adrammalech may have known this and that's why he didn't bother, cause Lucifero had more entertainment value when he's just holding back at that point in time.

I doubt Adrammalech will ever be as strong as Lucifero, even him at 50%, but his magic could be powerful, as with Zagred, who was only a High ranking Devil.
