Why is it that almost every time someone says they like a series someone else reponds with, "So far I've been really unimpressed with ..."

Shrinking that Uraraka doesn't make it any less cursed.

Even if I ever got that attached to a series, normally there'd be weeks and weeks of that series sitting at the bottom to emotionally prepare yourself for its cancellation.
