Something interesting happen about the World Trigger Official Databook. Look like the word-of-mouth is working. Both the Volume 14 and the Databook were released on March 4th but the Databook seems to have a longer tail since it sold more than 30k this week alone, 31 days after it's release...

Sorry to ask this here and now but this is the first time I come back to this forum since it's redesign. Where are the older threads ? For exemple, when I click on this link in the OP redirect me to the main page of the forum. Were they transfered when the design change happened ?

I don't say it's a flaw or anything. I just wanted to highlight thaht World Trigger was not exactly a Science Fiction manga. Nothing else.

There's no "Science Fiction" manga actually published in the WSJ for the moment. If anything, World Trigger is a "science fantasy" manga. It's not because they try to explain the characters's super-power with SCIENCE that it's a science fiction manga. But in the end, who care what genre a manga...

I was responding to suntaclaus. What I means is that the reason why SnK of TG Got a huge sales increase is because the target audience for those manga were both more likely to be able to watch an late night anime and that's not the case for the BnHA target audience. I don't think the 8-12 years...

It depend of the target audience. Show like Shingeki no Kyojin and Tokyo Ghoul were pretty gore for their category, they were obliged to forced to air them late night. On the other hand, BnHA is a pretty basic action shonen manga, I mean by this that it is not more violent than Naruto or One...

Are you seriously thinking that KyoAni might animate BnHA ? Even as a phantasm it's ridiculous. Since 2012, Toho have been associated with: - Production I.G (Psycho-pass, Haikyuu) - TMS (Yowamishi Pedal) - White Fox (Akame ga Kill) - Bones (Kekkai Sensen) Also, Toho is only a distributor...

What year did the Jump started to put poll at the end of the magazine ?

Less budget, less shaft-y artstyle. It's look like one of those Shaft side-project (Soredemo Machi wa Mawatteiru, Sasami-san@Ganbaranai...) right now and not to one of their main project (Hidamari Sketch, Sayonara Zetsubō Sensei or Nisekoi S1...). Hell, even Kofuku Gurafiti by the same director...

After 2 episodes, the second season feel much more rushed than the first one. This season look like a side-project ordered by Aniplex rather that a something that Shaft really wanted to animate.

What ? Soul Catcher(S) is still being serialized ? I though it was moved in the Jump Next only to publish the final chapter, like they did with Magico.

Why Hinomaru Zumou is not included ?
