the uchiha may of been killed because of ther ability to control the nine tails madara helped itachi kill them because he knew the uchiha were a threat to himself
sasuke was spared cus he was obviously to young to know about the whole nine tails...

EDIT: oh and i possibly think that danzo is madara uchiha beacause u notice u never see ther left eyes? and u never see them in the same place...

madra and kyuubi lose to minato and kyuubi is sealed in naruto
