Re: One Piece Chapter 408 Discussion Dude, like zomg. The reason luffy could punch Enel is because of the rubber nullifying the lightning. This is also why Luffy couldn't punch Smoker because of the fact rubber does not nullify smoke. As for Wiper, he couldn't have hit him without the seastone...
