What I thought I meant about my theory was that---Elder Kwon is dead (as felt/proven by Ghost Hands, then afterwards Ghost Hands attacks 9AD), but Shioon's Ki somehow revived the Elder to at least in a coma like state like Shiho as the One Moon School Head would have found her. Holy Shit!!!
