Eh, it wouldn't take much longer than it would take for Magi to catch up.
And thanks. I hope they answer. It's rather annoying how they're the only ones allowed to license anything from Shueisha or Shogakukan.
Cross Manage was picked up at chapter 1. You may be a bit confused there because that was when they were still two weeks behind. The only series that started mid-way after starting the magazine were Nisekoi, Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL and Blue Exorcist.
As we just got through discussing a few pages ago, Cross Manage could end naturally if the ending was slow or fast. There's very little left hanging if they were to end it after the current game.
Good to see Souma sell so well.
Yes, Cross Manage lacks any foreshadowing of that kind that won't be resolved within the next few chapters. I've been reading the series through the official release, and they were hyping one particular player for quite a while, but they're literally the next opponent, which will be faced in...

Actually, I'd argue that Nisekoi's recent dip in ranks is because of the newest harem member, since both of the last two ranked chapters advanced the story rather significantly, but focused on her.

The current image doesn't even show you anything, just the message saying to support their next work, really.
