I really like the idea of Trebol not being a Logia type after all. The only thing that makes me actually sceptic is the fact, that Usopp cut him in half with his attrack earlier . You mean Trebol instantly contracted his whole body into the upper half of his body before he got hit? :/

as far as I remember, oda once stated in a sbs, that this "mysterious new reporter" called absa may have saved moria back there in marineford. (since moria "disappeared" in front of doffys eyes according to him, this makes a lot of sense)
