I don’t know about the immensely powerful quirk stuff. Dabi had flames hotter than Endeavor but that alone with his weak constitution weren’t enough. Dabi is an interesting character I just find this reasoning lacking some.

Deku can’t have his quirk stolen. That was the thing with Toga. She drank his blood but can’t copy his quirk. Deku willing has to give or consent to passing the quirk in order for it to be used. Shiggy can’t just forcibly take it.
