やりづれ means "a pain to deal with" or "hard to handle." Depending on the situation, you can translate it a little differently. As for やりづれー女, that's a woman who's tough to handle or work with. Since that's kinda wordy for a manga translation, you could always just use "bitch." I'm pretty sure...

I'm not totally sure what the correct spelling for the name is, but Shagott seems to be a fairly common last name. Maybe he took it from that?
