what do you mean? the boat goes down under the water once they remove the balloon, no? I thought the coating allows them to move quickly under the water, but I still don't quite understand why the devil-fruit users are okay being underwater. Maybe I missed something in a previous chapter though.

not sure if i missed it somewhere... but shouldn't luffy, brook, chopper and robin all be ko'ed when they go under the ocean in the boat? since they're devil-fruit users shouldn't they become "hammers" as soon as the boat goes under the water? I thought maybe they'd go inside but one of the...
