Jellal and Laxus have been portrayed as equals for a long time. With Jellal vs Jura and Laxus vs Jura being the prime example of this portrayal.

Natsu one-shotted three Spriggan 12 thus far. It's clear as water that he 's above their level.

Though Irene has better feats, August was straight up stated to be the strongest Spriggan several times. He takes it on a high diff battle.

Why would you say Neinheart isn't even S12 in stats? He IS one of them. Just because you think Neinheart was weak it doesn't make him weak, he's still a S12 and Jellal one-shotted him. If you don't consider it a legit feat, at least consider it portrayal for Jellal being comfortably S12-level...

What's your point? Natsu > Mira Macro wouldn't work on Macro and Alegria's best feats are wrecking two Spriggan lieutenants, whereas Jellal wrecked a Spriggan.

Bradman is difficult to fight against, but you don't need to be strong as hell to fight him, you need to have a counter against his abilities. Someone as strong as Makarov could probably defeat Bradman if they had a counter against the MBP and intangibility.
