I have to say that it's either going to be franky or usopp, but i highly doubt both will join the SH. Ofcourse, if usopp doesn't join, he will in a much later chapter.

i don't think that would fit the balance Oda is looking for through the three swords Zoro has to carry, but it'd definately b sick!
I think/STRONGLY HOPE Zoro's new sword will be a wooden sword (bokutou) made of the tree of Adam. that....would be efing awesome
