In my opinion, Kaido can be defeated, but not killed. Based chapter 795, Kaido tasted defeat 7 times, have been captured by the Navy and enemies over 18 times. But he is impossible to kill. http://www.mangareader.net/one-piece/795/13

The CP0 might be there to save DD from his enemies. They might silently rescue DD and escape the mob that's coming for him. DD is a or formerly a Tenryūbito.

Can't wait for the new spoiler to show up. I just hope there will be no April Fool's post as to get us all excited.
