Well this seems normal for aliens to do. It's like catching fish out of the ocean, cleaning it and eating it ... Human meat may still be very unhealty for anyone (including those aliens) if you consider our poluted planet. :/

I have a theory of how the vamps might have dodged the teleport: Remember they have nanobots in them that slowly changes them cell my cell. Those turned them from human to vampires. This was shown when Akira first appeared in the manga. I guess the nanobots took care of those bomb implants...

Inaba never said something noble like that. The character had a different name. They just missed a bit too much on the screen time. xD Or the "hacker" didn't properly hack the balls.
