I don't see Rebecca falling into the same category as Vivi and Shirahoshi. Shiarahoshi was obviously way to big to join the crew and Vivi looks like she'll be queen pretty soon if her father's ill health is anything to go by and he was her only family and no one else could rule the kingdom...

Has there ever been a case where no manga has been consistently in the bottom 4/5 and that the manga serialised just bounce around so that nothing gets cancelled. That would be kinda interesting to see.
