Manga that could've hit mainstream would do so even with late anime (given anime would be of good enough quality). Any other manga doesn't really miss much imo. Akane is a great manga don't get me wrong, I love it. Would it receive a bigger boost if anime released earlier? Yea, but i doubt it...
