since part 2 started we haven't seen much from Neji even though he was an important character in part 1 ( at least in my view). he was known to be the best at his age during the chunin exam. all other characters have improved a lot but we didnt see anything form him. what do you think guys...

The Strongest Character ok who is the strongest character so far?. We only count those who have shown their power; thus madara, 4th hokage, and others who have not shown their power in the manga are not included.
