Haha yeah I had this thought, but then look if senju clann all were sennins then they are too overpowered plus Sages it is kinda rare thing, i think for Toads they had only 2 sages Jiraya and Naruto. But at the same time there is some logic - to become a Sage you need to have a lot of chakra...
