It is so funny looking back at my old self, reading raws the very minute they came out and refreshing the Edited Manga group pages to read my favourite manhwa with excitement..... And now nothing..heck I am even thinking about putting it on a side track for a few months and then read it in one...

Looks like they sold the copyrights to Naver, as all of their previous works will be removed from Kakao and re-uploaded there by the end of the month as well. Now if they follow the usual Naver way of working then it will indeed mean a webtoon, and a pay by chapter system...

They will make 'slight' changes in chapters 1-7. and the first half of ch. 8 could be saved. Everything else was completely scrapped. The illustrator asks for patience and has no ETA on release date.

The 'funny' thing is that it's not the first time something like this happened. If you read the afterword of The Breaker: NW (ch. 201.5) they talk about how many problems they had including the publication and extra work because of lost manuscripts etc. Part 3 already had a draft back then, but...

Yes... What happened is that Jeon Geuk-jin decided to make changes to the story, exactly one week ago. The illustrator has been working on the series for almost 6 months now, finishing 11 episodes, having enough material to start publishing in February. Right now there is a dispute between...

And it is over. I think they did a great job adapting the LN and keeping a high standard of art throughout the whole series. Definitely one of the better Korean manhwas out there. (And no 5 year long hiatus and axing a super popular series..yes you know who you are 👀)

Ahh here we go again, our Artist-nim complaining about it being harder to draw than expected, then the good old "an extra month or two delay should not hurt at this point ", I would agree with the 2022 start.

Well it's great to see them finally work on the project. My "low effort" translation would be: - he took a short break (1 month) - the script is done up to ep. 2, working on ep 3 which should be done by eom (but it is a goal only...) - there will be changes in the coloring to save time and...

Guys there is a new series called Taming Master translated by Asura Scans, it has a Solo Leveling x The Legendary Moonlight Sculptor vibe so I would say give this one a try if you liked those. You can find it HERE.

Being a huge fan of The Breaker myself I've tried to be patient and understand the reasoning behind their (poor) reasoning to abandon the series while starting a new one... Unfortunately at this point even the die hard Korean fans realized he has little intention of finishing what he started...
