Nah, an editor change doesn't really have any hidden meaning, I mean, One Piece has changed editors plenty of times and that doesn't mean it was doing bad in the polls or it was going to end, it's just reorganizing the personnel

I wouldn't really worry about the series ending tbh For me, this arc is comparable to the 12 houses arc in Saint Seiya or to the Soul Society arc in Bleach, I think Azami is merely a puppeteer used as an excuse for our main characters to actually fight the Elite Ten
