I don't know. The only thing I know about it is that it came out at Comiket76, and Hiroe seems to have done some sort of interview on the manga's site where it was talked about.

managed to find out that that Book of Poison came out at C76, but still can't find a place that sells it. T_T Though, I did manage to find some more pics(some are nsfw) from it. So, I'd be much appreciated if someone could help me find out where it's sold.
