In chapter 63 of Tokyo ghoul kaneki says "I am a ghoul" so that might be one of the reasons why he is shocked that eto is saying the same thing in :re as he does have his memorys back so he should remember that he said it His is also shocked that she is saying she is a ghoul on tv properly

She might of been telling all of the ghouls at agari tree that she had been captured by the ccg in some kind of secret message
